Local traders such as Shankar Acharya, Parbat Portel, Madhav Dhungana, Rupa Gahteraj, and Navin Paudel are reportedly optimistic about the new tax policy, believing it will benefit their businesses. Meanwhile, there has been a surge in local demand for kerosene as residents seek to fulfill their energy needs within the local market.
