Recommendation to Prosecute 29 Individuals Including Bhatt and Agrawal, Allegations of Nearly 20 Billion Rupees Embezzlement

A recommendation has been put forth to prosecute 29 individuals, among them Bhatt and Agrawal, based on allegations of embezzling around 3 billion 73 crore 85 lakh 24 thousand 226 rupees from various listed companies such as Himalayan Re-Insurance, Himalayan Securities Bank, HLI Large Cap Fund, and Nepal Micro Insurance.
