Successful Deliberations on Planning Bill and Priorities in Lumbini Provincial Assembly

In a meeting held on Saturday, participants in the provincial assembly placed emphasis on centralizing agriculture, local production, enterprise development, marketization, and self-reliant programs to provide budgetary suggestions to the government. Members of parliament expressed a forward-looking approach towards the upcoming budget, focusing on youth employment creation, infrastructure development, and entrepreneurship promotion to instill hope and confidence in citizens. The deliberations on the Planning Bill and priorities in accordance with Rule 135 of the Lumbini Provincial Assembly Regulations of 2079 BS were carried out as per the stipulated three-hour time frame set by the Speaker.
